VHMC previews next weekend's 'Illumination' event for debate participants
To celebrate the nation's 250th birthday, the Virginia Museum of History and Culture will run a projection that brings the nation's history onto the screen in front of the museum.
Attending the projection is free. It will run nightly from June 25-28 beginning at 9 p.m., and Arthur Ashe Boulevard will be closed each night in front of the museum.

Starting Sunday, thousands of students will descend on Richmond to compete in one of the world’s largest academic competitions.
