PHOTOS: Richmond Ivy open the season with a win in front of 5,324 fans

The Richmond Ivy began their third season of play on Saturday night with a 3-2 victory over Lancaster, with goals from Maci Landel, Olivia Woodson and Sunniyah Tucker.

The Ivy have not lost at City Stadium in 680 days, dating back to a loss to Lancaster on June 28, 2024. They're 8-2-2 all-time at the stadium.

The announced attendance of 5,324 was part of an event dubbed the Kick It Forward Cup. One dollar from every ticket sold was donated to local nonprofits.
