Major street closures ahead on Hull Street, Hermitage Road and Brook Road

Richmond officials announced three road closures that will impact residents in the coming weeks.

Starting Friday, March 20 and running through Tuesday, March 24, portions of Hermitage Road and Brook Road will be closed to allow CSX to work on the railroad crossing in the area.

Hermitage will be closed between Leigh Street and Ownby Lane, while Brook will be closed between Chamberlayne Parkway and Webster Street.

Starting Thursday, March 26, Hull Street will be closed between Cowardin Avenue and Belt Boulevard.

The resurfacing project will last until April 16, and the road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
