Expanding Freedom: Economic Mobility and Its Impact on Civic Engagement

Join us as we take a hard look at the city's progress in creating economic opportunities for all.

Format: The event will feature the opportunity to tour the brand-new exhibit, Expanding Freedom, followed by a short speaker program, concluding with audience engagement, discussion and socializing.

Date: Wednesday, April 29. Doors open at 5 p.m., program runs from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Location: The Shockoe Institute at Main Street Station.

Tickets: A $5 ticket includes admission and refreshments. Due to venue size, ticket availability will be limited.

Ticketing is currently available for Richmonder donors, as well as members of the Shockoe Institute's mailing list. If additional seats are available, they will be released to newsletter subscribers, then the general public at a later time.
